An international initiative supporting TomWare’s presence in foreign markets
Project Overview
This project represents an international initiative implemented by TomWare S.c.a.r.l. as part of its strategy for expansion into foreign markets, with the objective of strengthening the Company’s presence in the United Arab Emirates.
The project was carried out in line with the objectives declared in the application for economic support and included a structured set of international, promotional and commercial activities, all fully verifiable and compliant with the eligibility requirements of the programme.
Participation in International Trade Fairs and Events
As part of the internationalisation strategy, TomWare S.c.a.r.l. participated in international trade fairs, events and specialised conferences, both in-person and virtual.
These activities are documented through:
- contracts signed with the event organisers;
- direct links to the official websites of the trade fairs and events;
- inclusion of TomWare S.c.a.r.l. in official exhibitor catalogues or participant lists published by the organisers, or through certificates of participation;
- in the case of virtual events, evidence of participation through official exhibitor or participant listings.
All fair-related activities are supported by photographic documentation clearly showing the TomWare logo and providing adequate visibility to the project, including reference to the co-financing by the Chambers of Commerce of Emilia-Romagna and the Emilia-Romagna Region.
B2B Meetings with Foreign Operators
During the project period, TomWare carried out B2B and B2C meetings with foreign operators, both in-person and online, with the aim of supporting commercial development and international networking.
The activities are documented through:
- detailed lists of foreign operators involved;
- for in-person meetings: travel documentation and accommodation invoices, where applicable;
- photographic evidence of meetings showing the TomWare logo and appropriate project visibility;
- for virtual meetings: screenshots of online meetings showing date, time, number of participants, TomWare branding and project visibility;
- follow-up correspondence related to the meetings.

Digital Marketing Activities for International Markets
Specific digital marketing activities were implemented to strengthen TomWare’s presence abroad.
These activities:
- were carried out exclusively in foreign languages;
- were strictly linked to the target markets identified in the project;
- are supported by quantitative data and detailed statistics demonstrating the benefits for the Company during the project period.
Evidence includes:
- performance data from social media and digital channels;
- screenshots of campaigns conducted in foreign languages;
- documentation of promotional or sponsored content carried out in conjunction with international events.

Online Business Development Activities
TomWare implemented online business development actions aimed at reinforcing its presence in international markets, including:
- positioning on specialised digital platforms, portals or marketplaces relevant to the sector;
- activities carried out exclusively during the project eligibility period;
- contracts or subscriptions clearly indicating the duration of the activities.
All actions were directly linked to the internationalisation pathway and focused on strengthening the Company’s visibility in the target markets.

Results Achieved – GITEX Dubai 2025
Participation in GITEX Global Dubai 2025 represented a key milestone within TomWare S.c.a.r.l.’s internationalisation pathway towards the United Arab Emirates and the broader MENA region.

The activity generated concrete and verifiable results, including:
- Direct engagement with international stakeholders
TomWare established contacts with qualified operators, technology partners and potential clients from the UAE and other international markets, strengthening its international business network. - Generation of qualified commercial leads
The event enabled the collection of qualified contacts interested in TomWare’s solutions, forming the basis for structured post-event follow-up and inclusion in the international commercial pipeline. - Initiation of commercial and partnership discussions
Preliminary discussions were initiated with foreign operators regarding potential collaborations, technology partnerships and commercial opportunities in international markets. - Increased brand visibility in the UAE market
Participation in GITEX Dubai contributed to enhancing TomWare’s visibility and recognition within a highly qualified international context, positioning the Company as a provider of advanced technological solutions. - Strengthening of international positioning
The presence at GITEX Dubai reinforced TomWare’s positioning within the global innovation and technology ecosystem, supporting its long-term international expansion strategy.
